Together, our technologies enable industries around the world to reduce emissions, protect people and the environment, and improve energy efficiency.
As responsible global citizens, we continue to drive innovation and set benchmarks in environmental technology for the benefit of industry, people, and the planet.
Our journey so far
With roots going back more than 60 years, Dürr CTS began as part of the Dürr Group, pioneering air pollution control for automotive paint shops. Today, our technologies serve a wide range of industries including automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, energy, and many others.
Over the decades, we strengthened our expertise through acquisitions such as Luft- und Thermotechnik Bayreuth (LTB) in 2013, KBA-CleanAir in 2016, and the U.S.-based companies MEGTEC and Universal (former environmental business of Babcock & Wilcox) in 2018.
Since November 1st, 2025, Dürr CTS operates as an independent company, with 75 percent owned by Stellex Capital Management and 25 percent by the Dürr Group. Generating annual revenue of more than 400 million euros, we are entering a new phase of flexibility, growth, and innovation while continuing our mission to make industrial production cleaner, quieter, and more sustainable.
