Compliance Management System (CMS)
The Compliance Management System covers all activities within the Group with the aim of ensuring that daily business operations are conducted in a compliant manner and in accordance with high ethical standards. It regulates responsibilities, communication channels, and measures in three closely interlinked areas of action: prevention, early detection, and response.
The CMS thus supports employees in identifying and preventing compliance violations and the associated liability and criminal risks.
Prevention
Training measures on the subject of compliance, such as e-learning programs, classroom training, introductory events for new employees, and further information available on the intranet, make a significant contribution to preventing compliance violations. These training measures help employees to recognize and avoid compliance violations and form an essential part of our CMS. In addition, there are written guidelines and organizational instructions that contain internal regulations such as separation of duties, approval procedures, signature regulations, and the dual control principle.
Early detection
Early detection of risks is essential for preventing compliance violations. The Compliance Help Desk mailbox compliance@cts-durr.com is available for the early detection of compliance risks.
Response
If a violation becomes known, the company is obliged to report the incident immediately via the specified communication channels. After analysis, countermeasures are taken to prevent such compliance violations in the future, such as training measures, organizational instructions, and internal controls.
Organizational structure of compliance management:
In order to justify the trust placed in Dürr CTS GmbH by customers, suppliers, partners, shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders of the company, integrity and transparency in our business processes are our top priority. To this end, it is necessary that we are made aware of any compliance violations. The compliance mailbox for possible violations is managed by management, which also initiates any necessary countermeasures.
All reports are treated confidentially and promptly. Any form of discrimination against employees, business partners, or third parties for a report made in good faith is prohibited. This also applies if the report subsequently proves to be unfounded.
