Was Sie erwartet

  • Verantwortung für alle Import- und Exportaktivitäten inklusive Zollerklärungen und relevanter Dokumentation
  • Erstellung von Intrastat-Meldungen sowie Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden, Dienstleister und interne Teams in allen Zoll- und Außenhandelsfragen
  • Koordination von Transport- und Logistikdienstleistern und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
  • Klassifizierung und Tarifierung von Materialien sowie Verwaltung von Zolltarifen und -codes
  • Beantragung und Verwaltung zollrechtlicher Bewilligungen und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Import-/Exportprozesse sowie Durchführung von Risiko- und Compliance-Prüfungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Außenhandelsstrategien und Teilnahme an Schulungen im Bereich Zollrecht

 

Was Sie mitbringen 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Logistik, Transport und Distribution – idealerweise in der Industrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Zoll-, Export-/Importprozessen und Versandabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und MS 365
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke
